It is the customer’s responsibility to remove all items from their pockets. We are not responsible for any damages caused by any items left in pockets such as pens, lipstick, gum and etc. Also, we are not responsible for the loss of any items left in pockets.

Unless instructed by the customer to separate specific articles of clothing or to sort by color, we are not responsible for any discoloration or bleeding that occurs due to lack of instruction.

We exercise with the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes, which in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.

Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, and sequins.

In laundering, wash & fold, or dry-cleaning we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

Differences in count must be reported, with ticket presented, at the time of pickup or 48 hours since wash & fold orders. Unless a list of articles have accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted.

Any damage on articles must be presented within 3 days after pickup with a ticket and a tag on the article in the same condition when picked up.

The company’s liability with respect to any damaged or lost articles shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
